A: We are an online-only store, which means you can shop with us 24/7 from the comfort of your home. Our team is almost always online! But if we are not, please drop us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 Q: Will the items look exactly like they do in the photos?

A: We strive to ensure that the photos accurately represent the appearance of our products. However, due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions, there may be slight variations in colour. Additionally, natural materials such as wood and marble have unique patterns and characteristics, so individual pieces may vary slightly.  If you would like to see more images of any product, please reach out to us. Q: Do you offer a warranty for products?

A: Yes, all of our products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

A: We only accept returns for items that are defective. 

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

A: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery. We will promptly arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced, or refunded, according to your preference.

Q: How do I initiate a return? When will I receive my refund?
